We'll put together everything you need to make a Bradley-colors-themed friendship bracelet, including instructions - you just take it home and have fun making it!

Guided Meditation - Wyckoff Room Upper Floor - 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM

Spend a few minutes quieting your mind and focusing on stress management and inner knowledge. Four 12-minute meditations are offered during this time by Stephanie McClaskey, a junior majoring in journalism and double minoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovations and Organizational Communication, who crafted 4 seasons of an award-winning podcast while a student at Illinois Central College. Bring your own mat or blanket, or use one of our chairs!
